Provide telecommunications operator customers with reliable support in emergency incidents

China Comservice has established a full range of emergency safeguard mechanism. In major emergency incidents, we provide customers with reliable communications support services. In 2008, China has experienced snow storm and Wenchuan earthquake disaster. In the rescue of snow disaster, China Comservice responded quickly to the disaster, providing more than 23,000 person-time to support the emergency services for major operators. We repaired more than 10,000 km of optical cables, more than 400 PHS base stations and 1,511 mobile base stations. After the Wenchuan earthquake, China Comservice promptly started earthquake relief work, and has dispatched a team of more than 1,000 people to the disaster sites to restore communication within a short time, working with operators such as China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and equipment vendors such as Huawei and ZTE. Facing with the sudden snow and earthquake disasters, China Comservice showed a high degree of social responsibility, and provided effective and timely communications support services, thereby achieving recognition from the major operators and the government.

When performing outdoor field study, design and construction of communication router, we will avoid selecting sites which include mines, forests, grasslands, wildlife, natural sites, cultural sites, nature reserves, scenic spots regions. The laying of optic cables generally applies directional drilling technology, and optic cables are directly put through the obstacles from the bottom, thereby there is no need to change the surrounding environment.
