China Comservice Included in Both the HKEX Tech 100 Index and Hang Seng SCHK Electronics Theme Index

In December 2025, China Communications Services Corporation Limited ("China Comservice", HKSE code: 552) was included in two newly launched technology-themed indices, namely the HKEX Tech 100 Index ("HKEX Tech 100") launched by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the Hang Seng SCHK Electronics Theme Index launched by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited. This reflects the Company's broad recognition in terms of technological strength, industry influence, and capital market performance.

According to the disclosure by HKEX, HKEX Tech 100 is designed to measure the performance of 100 of the largest Hong Kong-listed companies with high exposure to key tech themes, that are eligible for Southbound Stock Connect, addressing growing market demand for diversified exposure to the technology sector. The 100 constituent stocks covered by the index are all large-and mid-cap technology companies accessible via Stock Connect, offering wide market exposure. Additionally, the index extensively encompasses both leading and emerging technology sectors, bringing together both leading and emerging companies across six key technology themes, including artificial intelligence, biotech & pharmaceutical, electric vehicles & smart driving, information technology, Internet, and robotics. In addition to meeting specific requirements for listing history and liquidity (average daily turnover larger than HKD20 million), constituent stocks must also emphasize R&D investment or demonstrate growth potential (the R&D expenses-to-sales ratio must be no less than 3%, or the annual sales growth must be no less than 5% in the past two fiscal years).

Hang Seng SCHK Electronics Theme Index is designed to reflect the performance of companies listed in Hong Kong that are engaged in the electronics industry, including semiconductors and basic electronic components, telecoms equipment & parts, IT equipment & parts, and Audio/Video equipment & parts, and eligible for Southbound trading under the Stock Connect scheme. The industry categories of the index include multiple subsectors such as electronic components, consumer telecommunication equipment, telecommunications network infrastructure and digital solution services.
