China Comservice Showcased its AI Innovation Achievements at Beijing High-Tech Expo

15 May 2026

From 8 to 10 May 2026, the 28th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo ("Beijing High-Tech Expo") was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. Under the theme of "Creating an Enjoyable Future Driven by Technology", the expo attracted over 800 Chinese and overseas enterprises and more than 70,000 participants from 72 countries and regions. Guangdong Comservice, a subsidiary of China Communications Services Corporation Limited ("China Comservice", HKSE Code: 552), served as a core member of the Guangdong technology exhibition delegation, showcased two of its self-developed AI products at the expo after its products passed a rigorous multi-tier review process by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province.

Product 1: Multi-modal Data Integrated Emergency Intelligent Dispatch Platform

This platform integrates multi-source data and large-model technologies to address pain points in multi-level emergency management at the provincial, city, and district levels, such as difficulties in data collaboration, low dispatch efficiency, and a lack of intelligent applications. It enables intelligent dispatch featuring "one-click access to video surveillance, one-click deployment of resources and teams, and one-click data queries and Q&A". Currently, the platform has been successfully applied in the Natural Disaster Emergency Management Capability Enhancement Project of the Department of Emergency Management of Guangdong Province, as well as other areas including urban grassroots governance and smart water conservancy. It also serves leading enterprises such as provincial-level energy groups. In addition, an AI application for the transportation sector, jointly developed with Guangdong Hualu Transportation Technology Company, was also unveiled at the expo and received strong recognition from guests at all levels.

Product 2: Intelligent Bidding Agent

This product deeply integrates AI, big data and knowledge graph technologies to re-engineer the entire lifecycle of the bidding process and supports intelligent document preparation, automated compliance review, AI-assisted bid evaluation, and real-time risk alerts. Practical application data shows that the bidding cycle has been shortened by more than 30%, risk coverage has exceeded 95%, and labor cost has been reduced to below 50%. The product is widely used in corporate bidding and procurement, helping customers reduce costs and improve efficiency, as well as strengthening the defense line against compliance risks.

During the expo, leaders from various government departments visited the booth of the Guangdong technology exhibition delegation, and representatives from multiple organizations in fields such as political and legal affairs, technology, telecommunications, Internet, cloud computing, universities and research institutes, along with corporate executives and university students, visited the product booths and engaged in in-depth discussions on the products’ technical principles and application scenarios. In addition, China Media Group (CCTV) and several mainstream media outlets in Beijing conducted interviews and reports on the Guangdong technology exhibition delegation.

Looking ahead, China Comservice will continue to drive technological innovation and ecosystem collaboration, leverage its digital capabilities to serve the nation and expand globally, thereby contributing its wisdom and strengths to the building of Digital China.
