The discretionary bonus is determined based on the performance of the directors and supervisors and the Group’s operating results.
The emoluments of executive directors, Mr. Sun Kangmin and Mr. Li Ping, non-executive directors, Mr. Li Zhengmao and Mr. Zhang Junan, and supervisors,
Ms. Han Fang and Ms. Xia Jianghua, were not borne by the Group.
The emoluments of executive directors, Mr. Si Furong and Ms. Hou Rui, were mainly for their services in connection with the management of the affairs of the
Group.
The independent non-executive directors’ emoluments shown above were in connection with their services as directors of the Group.
The emoluments of a supervisor, Mr. Hai Liancheng were in connection with his services as a supervisor of the Group and the emoluments of a supervisor, Mr.
Si Jianfei, were mainly for his services as an employee of the Group.
