DIRECTOR’S TRAINING
Each newly appointed director will be offered training by the Company upon the appointment, so as to ensure that they have
adequate understanding of the Company’s business and they are fully aware of their duties as director under the laws and
regulations. The Company during the reporting period of this report engaged external lawyers to provide the new directors with
training on issues including directors’ duties and the Listing Rules.
The Company distributed board memorandum to directors each month, setting out updates on major business and financial
position of the Company to facilitate the directors to discharge their duties. In addition, the Company also issued latest
information regarding corporate governance and directors’ responsibilities under the Listing Rules and other applicable laws and
regulations to the directors, ensuring their awareness of their responsibilities under the laws and regulations. All the directors
were also encouraged to participate in continuous professional development to develop and refresh their knowledge and skills to
ensure that their contributions to the Board remain informed and relevant.
