Through the construction of major disaster risk prevention and control platform for mines across the province, and the application of new generation mine safety AI large model intelligent analysis technology, the project comprehensively enhanced the emergency management and safety supervision capabilities for mines in the province. It covers entire business scenarios of all coal mines, non-coal mines, and mine safety in the province, ranking among the best in the country in detailed dimensions.

Building of Cloud Security Operations Brain:

Providing security operations component development and operation service empowerment to support cloud service providers in building a cloud security operations brain, enabling holistic perception of cloud-network threat trends, unified scheduling of cloud-network security capabilities, to achieve around-the-clock, all-professional integrated operations and coordinated dispatch.

Support for Security Operations with Visualized Task Management:

Promoting the integration of platforms and operations, building an "integration of human, technology and management, fusion of management, construction and operation" security operations system, to support security operations with visualized task management, and enhance the standards of visualization, automation, and intelligence in security operations.

Provincial-level Cryptographic Resource Pool Demonstration Project:

Adopting cryptographic service platform, cryptographic supervision platform, cryptographic operation platform, and cryptographic equipment to build a provincial-level cryptographic resource pool, to form a compliant, on-demand, flexible, dynamically composable, and continuously operational cryptographic service capabilities, and provide cryptographic application support services for the different security needs of departments directly under the provincial government.

The regional emergency rescue center is one of the six major national emergency centers. Focusing on disaster response, it is a key project for the country to respond to frequent disasters in a timely manner. The Group undertook the construction of its informatization system, covering video display, command and control, audio communications and other systems, and enhanced its professionalism in regional emergency command and coordination, equipment reserve and dispatch, command and dispatch as well as informatization management capabilities for specific major disasters. The project demonstrates the Group's system integration and efficient delivery capabilities in the field of emergency informatization.

The construction of the project adheres to the goal of effectively preventing and resolving major safety risks, covering the planning and construction of six basic function modules such as the park insulation, perception system, network and computing resources, security system, park operation command center, and park informatization management platform. The successful bidding and implementation of the project have promoted the informatization, digitalization, networking and intelligentization of safety risk management and control of the chemical park. At the same time, the project aims to promote the improvement of safety remediation in chemical park and improve the level of safety risk management and control.

The Group undertook the construction of a provincial government affairs cloud cryptographic resources pool, which was connected to the provincial government cloud 65+ government affairs systems, etc., to support the digital government commercial cryptography applications.

Providing multi-level, one-stop cloud cryptographic service platform application: covering extended password service, basic password service and other hierarchical service systems, providing identity authentication service, data transmission security, data storage security, etc.

Reconstructing digitalized security operation center: based on the security operation product portfolio, providing core component development and operation service empowerment, building provincial tobacco security operation center, realizing the fusion mapping of technology, management and team as well as the full-process closed-loop management of risk.

Supporting cybersecurity operation: through the continuous operation of the platform, promoting the integration of operation and maintenance and capabilities modernization of tobacco system cybersecurity in the province, supporting the wall chart operations of security operation, to achieve efficiency improvement of handling and response.

The project included constructing software and hardware of the intelligentized safety risk management and control platform, and providing basic environment construction support relating to emergency command center, server rooms, etc., to help the chemical park reduce safety risks and to improve the safety supervision level of chemical enterprises in the park.

Reshaping the risk comparison pathways of the chemical park, through the intelligentized safety risk management and control platform, to help the chemical park increase the efficiency of early warning by 20% and the efficiency of management and control by 10%.

The project included disaster risk monitoring, emergency command, mine risk prevention and control, video convergence, etc., as well as decision-making support platforms such as natural disaster comprehensive risk foundation database and coal mine major disaster risk prevention and control platform.

Responding to the important work instructions from the provincial party committee to the provincial emergency management department, comprehensively improving the capability of emergency management and safety supervision in the province, handling the investigation and monitoring of major sources of danger and regular testing and evaluation, taking timely measures for governance and elimination, and making outstanding contributions to the prevention and control of mine safety risks in the province.

Based on GIS geographic information technology, IoT, big data, artificial intelligence, digital twin and other technical means, the Natural Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning Platform of the Group’s subsidiary, CCS Hexin Technology Co., Ltd., focuses on the actual scenario of the monitoring and early warning for flood control, flood and drought, covering business entities in “three defense”, and provides basic application support, data support, model support and other application. The Platform enhances the ability of all-elements-integrated monitoring, comprehensive risk assessment, forecasting and early warning, intelligent situation analysis as well as command and rescue of natural disasters.

CCS Hexin Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, focusing on the major safety risks of tailings ponds, collects and assesses the basic data, dynamic sensing data and three-dimensional models of tailings ponds in a province and then uses the data analysis model to conduct comparative analysis and hierarchical early warning. In accordance with the level of early warning, it urges the enterprises to find out the reasons and investigate the risks and hidden dangers as soon as possible so as to realize the closed-loop management of safety risks.

A disaster simulation model is established according to the tailings pond capacity, as well as geology, hydrology and other natural environment factors, in combination with real-time meteorological and geological data, so as to simulate the dynamic display of the consequences of dam breakage accidents, and release early warnings of possible risk of dam breakage in a timely manner, effectively improving the ability to prevent and control the disaster risks in tailings ponds and the ability to prevent and resolve the major safety risks in tailings ponds.
